Job Description

Primacy Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its ERP vertical and hiring an experienced Vice President (Sales) / ERP Sales Manager to drive Odoo ERP business growth across India and global markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B solution selling, be capable of handling CXO-level conversations, and consistently deliver ₹1 crore+ quarterly sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Odoo ERP Sales Division.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Identify and close high-value enterprise ERP deals.
  • Manage end-to-end client engagement — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and motivate sales teams to achieve collective goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Odoo or ERP software sales (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo CRM or other ERP tools.
  • Excellent business acumen and presentation skills.
  • Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service sector clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • International sales exposure (UAE / GCC) is an added advantage.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.

About the Role

We are looking for an AI Generalist who can work on AI agents, automation workflows, and intelligent solutions for different business use cases. The role involves working with LLMs, automation tools, APIs, and backend logic. You will collaborate with our Odoo ERP team, product teams, and clients to build real-world AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Agent & Automation Development

  • Build and deploy AI agents and chatbots.
  • Integrate AI with Odoo ERP, mobile apps, and SaaS products.
  • Work on RAG systems and AI workflows.
  • Use tools like OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.

2. Business Process Automation

  • Understand client workflows and design automation solutions.
  • Build AI/low-code automation for CRM, sales, HR, procurement, manufacturing, and support.

3. AI/ML Development

  • Build small ML models (forecasting, classification, anomaly detection).
  • Work with vector databases and embeddings.

4. Data Integration

Role Overview

You will own the end-to-end success of multiple mid--to-large Odoo ERP projects—from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support—while leading cross-functional teams (BA, functional, technical, QA, DevOps) and ensuring projects are delivered on scope, time, quality and budget.

Pre-Sales & Discovery
• Support sales with scoping, estimations and proposals• Conduct requirement workshops, GAP/FIT analysis & solution design• Produce Statements of Work (SOW) & project plans
Planning & Governance

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of total IT/ERP experience, with 3+ years managing full-cycle Odoo / SAP / Oracle / Dynamics implementations
  • Proven delivery of multi-company, multi-site projects (manufacturing and trading verticals preferred) valued at ₹30 lakh+
  • Solid grasp of Accounting, SCM, Manufacturing, CRM and HRMS processes
  • Hands-on with Agile/Scrum, MS Project or Jira, and Odoo Project & Timesheet modules
  • Strong stakeholder, risk and budget management skills; PMI-PMP / PRINCE2 or Agile PM certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication (English, Hindi/Bengali) and leadership abilities—able to mentor 8–15 consultants/developers

Nice-to-Have

  • Familiarity with Docker, DevOps pipelines, Odoo.sh & SaaS hosting
  • Experience with GST, e-Invoice/e-Way Bill, Nepal IRD or multi-country fiscal requirements
