Job Description – AI Generalist
Location: Kolkata / Remote

Role Overview
We are hiring an AI Generalist to build AI agents, automation workflows, and integrate AI with our ERP and SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, chatbots, and RAG systems.
- Automate business workflows (CRM, HR, Sales, Support).
- Develop simple ML models and work with vector databases.
- Create API integrations and data pipelines.
- Deploy AI solutions using Docker and cloud platforms.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years in AI/ML or AI Automation.
- Python, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama), LangChain/CrewAI.
- API integration, vector DBs, Docker, cloud.
- Low-code tools (n8n/Make/Zapier).
- Odoo integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
